AppPerfect Licensing:

• Desktop License: This license entitles usage of product by a single registered user on a single machine.
• Floating License: This license requires our license server to be installed on one of your machines. Each of your users who wants to run AppPerfect must install the product on his/her machine. At the time they start AppPerfect, product request a license from the license server. Additionally, a floating license is required to to use AppPerfect via remote desktop or terminal services. Price here is based on number of simultaneous users allowed by the license server.

AppPerfect Annual Maintenance includes:

1. Free upgrades to all new releases for the year
2. Free technical support for the year.
3. Ability to request transfer of license from one machine to another for the year
